Photo may be uploaded after checkout or emailed or mailed to us at the `contact us' address on our website. If mailing in, please pack so that photo does not bend and mark `do not bend' on envelope. Additionally, please indicate the name & order # & phone # on the back of the photo. We'll return the photo once order is processed.
Note: The higher the photo quality, the better the end result. If uploading, we prefer digital photos between 1.5 and 3 MB resolution, or between 700 to 900 pixels. If mailing in photos, minimum size 4x6". Portrait photos work best - 8x10" are excellent.
If you desire text to be entered on the pillow in addition to the photo, please enter the text information / instructions on the box marked Text Special Instructions. Keep in mind that Text may clutter the photo depending on the photo you choose.
