Shipping
Orders made over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. Orders made on
holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 2:30 PM
will begin processing the following business day.
We use only common couriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FED.EX.
Shipments of baby gift baskets and most baby gifts would be made within 1-4
days.
Shipment of photo tapestries, totes, and pillows is approximately 3-4 weeks,
but is well worth the wait (can take upto 6 weeks during a busy season).
Shipment of photopuzzles, 2-3 weeks.
Shipment of stone gifts and hand painted educational puzzles, flip stools,
growth charts, chest boxes, bookend and clocks is made within 1 day if in
stock. If merchandise is not in stock, it may take an additional 3 weeks. Most
items are kept in stock.
Shipment of personalized rocking chairs, flip stools, and other wooden
products would be within 3 to 4 weeks, but is well worth the wait.
Rush deliveries can be made at times. We prefer special requests such as
these to be communicated directly to our customer service so that they may
follow up more closely on a specific order. Additional 'rush' and 'next day' or
'second day' shipping and handling charges may apply.
Incorrect or not complete ship to addresses will be charged the DHL/UPS/FedEx
fee for correction and re-pick-up, reship if necessary, usually about $15.00
Disclaimer
Giftful Thinking can not be responsible for delayed shipments caused by
higher seasonal volume of packages or delays due to weather conditions in
different parts of the nation. If we see there may be some delay, we will notify
you via email.
With reference to photo gifts, some photos may need to be cropped or slightly
modified in order to fit properly or look presentable on certain items. This has
to do with the size and shape of the item being purchased as well as the size of
the original photograph and # of persons, etc. that we are trying to center in
the photo. Gfitful Thinking can not take responsibility for some cropping that
may be required in such cases. Our customer service tries to do a good job and
wants to satisfy you. Please understand that sometimes edits to photos may be
required to be made. The objective is to keep the main focus of the photo on the
selected item in a presentable manner.

Terms and Conditions
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT post, place or
transmit any of the following material:
Any threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, adult-content,
inappropriate or profane material or any other material that could give rise to
any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. Any material that could
infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property
rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or
their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the
material if applicable; Any material sent from an anonymous or false address;
Any material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any
individual or group. Giftfulthinking.com is not responsible for, and does not
review or comment on the content of submissions provided by the customers of
Giftful Thinking. Giftful Thinking reserves the right in its discretion to (i)
delete, move or edit Submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive,
defamatory, obscene, inappropriate, or in violation of copyright or trademark
laws, or otherwise unacceptable, or (ii) take any other action that Giftful
Thinking deems necessary relating to use or misuse of the service. Your physical
or electronic sharing of your images constitutes permission for reprinting by
the recipient. Giftful Thinking will not be liable for the content of any
submission and expressly disclaims all liability relating thereto.
Copyright Notice
Giftful Thinking is committed to protecting photographers' copyrights and
expects users of the service to do the same. Each image submitter is required by
US law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to, use any image before the
image is uploaded or your personalized gift is created. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
SHALL Giftful Thinking be LIABLE or RESPONSIBLE for getting these rights or
permissions.
Return Policy
Non-personalized merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense
within 20 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase
price unless otherwise noted. (we do not refund the original ship charge on
items that were originally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be
credited/refunded minus what the actual ship charge was) Returns are accepted
under the following conditions. The product is undamaged and 100% within its
original packaging and tags.
Giftful Thinking stands behind the quality of our personalized gift products.
Understandably, personalized gifts may not be accepted for return. There are
exceptions, and each case will be evaluated individually. This does not
encompass quality of photo. As stated on this site an in our brochures, the
better the photo quality, the better the result. Having main subject in the
foreground make better quality tapestries.
If this is the case, you may return it in new condition and in its original
packaging. Customer Service may provide a credit to the account or request a
re-stocking fee. Please see our refund policy for more information.
All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase. A Return
Authorization has been provided from Giftful Thinking. A Return Authorization
can be obtained by emailing support@giftfulthinking.com
